Service design is a marketing method to improve the quality of a service. This method starts from the needs and wishes of the customers/visitors/users and aims to find good solutions. Ideas become concrete by using photo’s, sketches, designs… and are always checked with the users.

In digital service design, different topics come together like consumer research, interaction design, user experience (UX) design, service marketing, digital marketing and corporate strategy.
