UX Manager

For the online platform of the client we're looking for a UX manager with experience.
You will take on the role of (customer) experience manager, reporting directly to the program manager.
The focus is user-centric design, where you will get input from the business analysts.

Furthermore:

• you will set up and run usability tests
• you will define and review screen designs and customer journeys (with input from the before mentioned analysts)
• you will define the standards for customer experience, fit to the online platform for the corporate clients of our client
• you will work together with the customer experience team

• you have at least 2 years of experience
• you're fluent in English, and preferably know some Dutch and French
• you have experience with usability testing
• you're good at wire-framing and screen designs
• you're an expert at doing online interfaces
• you have experience with online platforms
