Test & Acceptance Coordinator - Brussels

This financial organization is one of the largest, most stable and successful in the Belgian banking sector.
The approach towards banking has changed tremendously over the last 5 years. The IT department ensures the core of their business activities.
To ensure their further evolution into an Agile environment, they are looking for a Test & Acceptance Coordinator.

As Test & Acceptance Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the release trains in defining the acceptance criteria and make sure they are part of the master test plan.
- Validation of the acceptance criteria: make sure that they are met in the different stages of the development cycle.
- Generating a quality dashboard of the different release trains.
- Represent environment services in applicable governance Bodies. (E.G.R.T-CAB)
- Informing stakeholders and senior management about the quality of the delivery.
- Assess and follow-up all changes and deployments in the test and acceptance environment.
- Working with a small team, you will be planning their daily activities and consolidate the results.
- In case of “burning issues” related to quality you act as a “crisis” manager to coordinate the action plan.
- You collaborate with the Test managers, Release manger and IT integrators.
- You evangelize quality all over the organization.

You have a Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent through experience.
You have 5 years of working experience release and configuration management.
Experience in quality, gating principles, related tooling and reporting.
You can manage relationships with internal and external providers.
You are a problem solver and solution oriented.
You have strong analytical and communication skills.
You are methodological, structured and pay attention to details.
You are process oriented and can improve IT services.
You are assertive and stress resistant.
Experience is the banking sector is an asset.
You are fluent in English as you will work in an international team in Brussels. Knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
You live in Belgium and have a Belgian residence permit.
