- How to make the channels (such as web banking) and the products more social?

In addition, you and the team will look for ways to improve customer care through social media.

• You hold a Master's degree in communication and/or marketing, or equivalent through experience.
• You have significant experience in the digital sphere (social media, web 2.0, mobile).
• You have an excellent understanding of community management techniques.
• Besides having a keen interest in communication, you are also an all-round marketer with a strong focus on product and channel development.
• You are creative and have a passion for innovation. You enjoy following developements in a constantly evolving environment and identifying opportunities and anticipating change.
• You have a critical approach and are focused on achieving results. You have the ability to draft strategic outlines as well as achieve concrete results.
• You have a strong passion for digital and scoial marketing and closely follow the latest developments and technologies in this industry.
• You can express yourself fluently in French, Dutch and English.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of retail banking is an asset.
