Shopmanager – Flagship Fashion Store – Avenue Louise - Bruxelles

Take the leadership “store director “ role in this Flagship Fashion store.

You are responsible:
• To promote store sales, interact and assist with customers. Offer them a memorable shopping experience
• To take a leadership role in motivating and educating your sales team.
• To keep your sales team informed of sales figures, product sales performance and sales goal analysis.
• For daily operations, planning personnel, inventory and expense control,
• For overseeing the selling.
• To maintain the shop in accordance with corporate standards.
• To keep regional management informed about store issues, report all the Store KPI’s en SLA’s, gain insight and propose action plans regarding business growth opportunities .

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to plan, coach and motivate a large team.
• 5 to 10 years relevant experience as a store manager of a large team.
• Experience in Fashion retail is a must
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers
• Proficient computer and KPI management skills
• Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required
• Strong mastery of French and English
