Target Recruitment is a well established IT recruitment agency. We cover the Belgian market with as well permanent as contracting missions. We have a turnover of 10.000.000 Euro and place 150 IT'ers in new roles every year. Currently we are hiring a Senior IT Contracting recruiter to take the lead of the contracting team.
This role will grow you from Team Leader into Management quickly.
Job Description
You are responsible for the IT Contracting business of Target Recruitment. Next to managing your own desk you get the opportunity to build out and take the lead of the contracting team. You focus on building relationships with end clients resulting in multiple placements, rather then one off's.
Next to billing yourself, you will manage 2 junior staff. Support them in setting up a profitable IT contracting desk and advising them on best practices. This role is a Team Leading and afterwards Manager position within Target Recruitment.
You get an existing client portfolio and the best tools to work with. 7 job boards, CRM system in the cloud, database with over 43.000 candidates and technical testing software.

Profile
- Higher degree or equal by experience
- Several years experience as an IT Contracting Recruiter
- You speak English and Dutch or French
- You are entrepreneurial
- You are ready to take on a Leading role in IT Contracting
