IT Audit Manager Insurance

My client is in full expansion and to cover this growth we are in search for dynamic people. This role of IT Audit is for professionals who work out of a business process optimization point of view not a pure technical IT point of view.

The main tasks of your role:

• You will manage a team of advisor and consultants.
• Your responsibility is giving support In the execution of IT Audits to the external audit teams and this in the financial statement and SOX 404 audits.
• You see complex IT environments as a big challenge because your job covers: assessment and testing of general IT controls as well as the identification and testing of automated process controls.
• You will perform SOX 404 advisory services and carry out risk and control assessments of ERP packages.
• You will serve different team engagements, including planning and scoping, attending client engagement meetings, team management and reviewing the work of others.
• You will perform IT Advisory assessments and advise clients on the use and management of information systems and technology.

You have a masters qualification in applied economics, commercial sciences, commercial engineer or an equivalent.

You are a good communicator in English, Dutch & French. You have 5 to 8 years of experience in internal IT Audit, external IT Audit and/or Financial Audit or Internal Audit in Insurances business.

Your key words: strong business sense, professional attitude, real team player.

You have the ability to identify and assess IT risks and controls and to relate them to the wider business environment.
