Job description
Role Description: Responsible for Integration and Deployment of HR processes, systems and change and day to day management of our employees in Brussels.
The focus will be on the following:-
Take care of the on boarding process for the new employees (systems, payroll, training programs etc.) Ongoing HR support for the integration and change management related activities of new employees, including integration into our organization and culture of new employees Advisory to other HR Teams, including compensation & benefits, towards standards, market practices and statutory requirements towards employment conditions. Assure we abide by commitments on continuation of employment conditions Liaise with Teams of Client & ours to build one team, aligned to organization structure and delivery in our company Handling of HR / employment law matters such as, harmonization of employment conditions (including pensions / works agreements) interaction with Unions / Works Council as applicable, day to day questions of employees on benefits, illness cases and reintegration
Role Qualifications: Interact and coordinate with Business, Project and Corporate HR teams and thereby gain exposure to strategy, design, management of new employees joining a global IT consultancy company Opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment, thereby an exposure to European/ global work life Exposure to EU regulations / local labour laws governing employment transfer and labour law requirements (especially on Collective Bargaining Agreement and consultation obligations) • Interact with the HR fraternity from other global organizations and understand the global best practices in some of the biggest organizations in Europe • Willingness to travel.

Total experience of 8+ years in HR or with a labour law background. Experience in On-boarding processes / Employee Transfers as well as HR Change Management / business facing HR role is preferred Education: Master Degree, preferably HR / Law with specialization in labour law Language Proficiency: Excellent English (Verbal and Written) + French (Verbal) Preferred:
Education: HR Generalist and/or Master Degree in (European Employment) Law Experience: Past experience in the following HR areas: policy formulation and employment Law and other HR processes, preferably hands on experience in on boarding and or in-sourcing. Preferred experience in Change Management and handling works council / union matters. Competencies
