Head of Product Management

You will be primarily responsible to put the business plan into practice and guarantee the execution of our innovate ideas. You will both have to strengthen and optimize our current business, as well as expand our business with new opportunities. Your main goal is to make sure our business grows continuously. Therefore, you have to command both business and technical knowledge. You also need to be able to create a feasible product roadmap.

You will manage a team of passionate product managers. With this team you will seek to improve our clients' satisfaction and you will effectuate new solutions in the field of real estate. You will manage your team in order to strive for the perfect performance of our products and aim to innovate regularly.

Your responsibilities:

• You report to the COO and you will be part of the team that manages the operations in order to get the best results in a collaborative way.
• You lead the product management team in a way that good product management practices are ensured and a good executive oversight of all products and new initiatives is maintained and reported.
• You take actions to improve our products as well as actions to introduce innovation.
• You keep close contact with the market to keep up to date on all new market trends and customer needs.
• You facilitate a good cooperation between Product Management and the IT team to ensure that the products are delivered on time and comply with all the qualitative requirements.
• You are the main responsible for the product offering, both internally and externally, and you collaborate closely with sales and marketing.
• You investigate possible new partner relationships and manage them when they are implemented.
• Finally, you are responsible for the performance of the product portfolio. Therefore you'll have to evaluate and take actions to improve the performance of the products. This responsibility also includes the budgeting exercise for the products and to provide input for financial forecasting.

As Head of Product Management you have of course experience as a product manager dealing with online products and/or services.

Furthermore:

• You generally have a positive and optimistic attitude.

You have a master degree and are fluent in Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of the real estate market is advantageous.
