Define the digital creation strategy

You 'll work for the number 1 bank in Belgium.

Your challenge: development of customer-oriented interactions through the digital channels

As Head of digital creations you are, together with your team, responsible for the development of customer-oriented interactions (sales and services) through our digital channels, with the purpose of increasing the customer satisfaction and creating added value for the bank.

  • You define the digital creation strategy, in accordance with the global strategy, and together with other departments within marketing. On the basis of this strategy you draft a plan that contributes to the global objectives of digital channels management.
  • You closely monitor the evolutions within the digital industry (customer experience, e-commerce, technologies, digital marketing), and you implement the best practices in an effective manner.
  • As a digital expert, you are an ambassador and bridge builder for the digital channels within the other departments of the bank.

Additional tasks:

  • You manage the projects in the field of digital sales and services in close cooperation with all parties involved such as Value Proposition, Contact Centre, Sales, Communication and Legal and Compliance.
  • You take care of the daily guidance and coaching of your team and you help them to excel in the creation of digital convenience for the customers.
  • You check and evaluate the digital creation plan and the underlying projects continuously , and you redirect in order to achieve the defined KPI’s.
  • You communicate the evolutions within the digital world and their impact on the altering customer behaviour to other colleagues.

The team you will be responsible for, mainly contributes to:

  • The creation of the most pertinent, personalised and efficient offer to support the sales and services in the digital channels.
  • The development and installation of a relevant and personalised dialogue with the customer through the digital channels, and the safeguarding of the coherence of the customer experience in these channels.
  • The occurrence as an internal competence centre for the domain Digital Sales and Service.

Your profile to manage the digital creations

As Head of Digital Creations you have a passion for internet and marketing and you closely follow the evolutions in this field. Furtermore you are an enthusiastic people manager and have good analytical skills and are result oriented. We think for this position you should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in this field (Digital CRM, e-Commerce, e-Business, digital marketing). You should have a Master’s degree in marketing/ management/ communication or an equivalent by means of obtained experience.

What else is important to succeed in this role? Good experience in project management, being customer oriented, good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of interactive marketing tools is a plus, bilingual (Dutch/French) and good knowledge of English (verbally / written),... .
