This hotel is located at a very attractive spot in the center of Brussels. The building has a classic look, but the design of the rooms and public areas is very modern and innovative. In and around the hotel you feel a dynamic atmosphere. Due to its location, appearance and facilities, the hotel has a nice mix of clients. During weekdays, the hotel mainly attracts businessguests (indiviuals), but during the weekend the hotel is also well visited by the leisureguest. The focus goes to a total experience and the team is therefore very driven and guest-oriented.
As Front Office Manager you take the responsibility for the team consisting of receptionists, porters and night auditers. Together with this team you ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience. You are hands-on and helps with the service during 'rush hour". In addition to motivating and managing the team, you also ensure proper administration within the department. In this position you are part of the 'HOD team' and you implement new procedures on the floor. You report to the General manager and to the head office of the hotelchain.
For this position we are looking for a dynamic candidate with experience as Front Office Manager. Motivation and guest focus are most important in this position! furthermore:
you have experience in managing a team
you are hands-on and like to be on the floor
fluently in English and French, every additional language is a plus
