This financial organization is one of the largest, most stable and successful in the Belgian banking sector.
The approach towards banking has changed tremendously over the last 5 years. The IT department ensures the core of their business activities.
To ensure their further evolution into an Agile environment, they are looking for an End -2-end Test Manager.

Jobomschrijving
As End -2-end Test Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overall coordination of the test activities
- Hands on responsibility for test automation (50% of your workload): maintaining and constructing within the existing test automation framework and building blocks. This framework has been created in order to descend the technical threshold for functional oriented staff so that they can convert manual test cases into automated test cases that run every day into the validation pipeline.
- Estimating future work and managing priorities.
- When the content needs evolution, you take the lead to realize the improvement keeping everybody informed of the most recent evolution.
- You will investigate how to improve the quality within the validation pipeline.
- You will manage 10 to 15 test team members and they must feel supported.

Het profiel
You have a Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent through experience.
You have 5 years of working experience in project planning and automated testing.
You have in depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with TIBCO, SOAP UI and security aspects is an asset.
You can manage relationships with internal and external providers.
You are a problem solver and solution oriented.
You have strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience is the banking sector is an asset.
You are fluent in English as you will work in an international team in Brussels. Knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
You live in Belgium and have a Belgian residence permit.
You have 5 years of working experience in project planning and automated testing.
You have in depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
