-To manage the orders for Ecommerce customers (from France) including returns, refund, backorders, invoice queries. - Follow up of the anomalies and relaunch the carriers in the event of disputes. - Invoicing orders and follow up of the backorders. - You manage returns and refunds in connection with the logistics department and the finance department. - You process activations of professional customer accounts.
-You are a customer-oriented, enthusiastic and empathetic person. -You are an organized, punctual person, who has a high quality requirement in his/her work -You can handle a high degree of autonomy within a role with a broad scope. -You have an excellent written mastery of French. Mastery of Dutch is NOT important. Some knowledge of languages like German is a plus, not a must.
