Data Scientist

The evolution nowadays is (big) data. Companies worldwide realize this is the one and only way to truly understand business processes, customers and opportunities: how can we maximize our business? Which data is (ir)relevant, what do we need and what does our client need to know? Which solutions can we find to our problems?

Your tasks will be:

• You will actually carry a responsibility over the quality of a large amount of data gathered from many different sources. You will find ways to improve complex data structures and turn them into clean sets.
• You are our specialist in advanced analytics and play an important role.
• You meet with customers and suit their needs, analyze their problems (and find answers) and come with decent suggestions which are affordable, measurable & implementable
• Using data analysis, (predictive) data modeling, business analysis and data mining you translate problems into possible actions
• You think in terms of marketing optimization, potential analysis, communication enhancement, risk evaluation, lead identification,..
• You’re responsible for project planning and implementation (whilst always keeping quality in mind).
• Are you a manager/senior expert? We have a second opportunity as well where you’ll lead a team of five persons.

• You are very analytical/data-minded person preferably with a grade in ICT, mathematics, engineering or statistics.
• You love to work with data and to be intellectually challenged.
• Statistical models, data mining and machine learning is not Chinese to you and you are keen to learn about this exciting field.
• You have decent business insights.
• You bring energy to the group.
• You understand that you will work in thé job of the 21th century.
